SWEAT – SWEAT is a challenging new class utilizing high intensity, resistance and cardo using the persons bodyweight in exercise to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
The workouts are high intensity however, we encourage you to go at your own pace.

POWER PILATES – Power Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
