SWEAT – SWEAT is a challenging new class utilizing high intensity, resistance and cardo using the persons bodyweight in exercise to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.  

The workouts are high intensity however, we encourage you to go at your own pace. 

 *All levels welcomed 

BURN - An amazing new full body workout that is low impact with power sculpting. You will tone and train your muscles for strength, balance, endurance, mobility and flexibility, all within 45 minutes! 

RESTORE - Mobility and Strength exercises that help to improve the range of motion within your joints and then lengthens and strengthens that movement. It’s an all-in-one workout that not only repairs but gets your heart pumping! 

POWER PILATES – Power Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasizes proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.
